Each catalogue reference includes a photograph and a consultation link. Send the item names, quantities, dates and venue. If you are working with a wedding planner, include their selection or floor plan so that the request reflects the space.
Think through the wedding weekend
Create a separate list for the welcome gathering, ceremony, reception and farewell. Record dates and timings for each. Ask about rental duration and transfers between venues rather than assuming one booking covers every event.
Choose furniture and tableware together
Explore tables and chairs for the ceremony and dinner, lounge furniture and cocktail tables for conversations, and bars for drinks service. Match dinnerware, glassware, cutlery and linens to the menu and your chosen palette. Catalogue pages are currently in Spanish.
Share practical venue details
Include guest numbers, access and collection times, and venue restrictions. For Barú or locations outside the urban area, ask PR to confirm coverage and specific transport arrangements before booking.
Availability and booking
The brochure presents the collection. Availability, prices, payment terms and the scope of transport, setup and collection must be confirmed in your event quote. Sending a WhatsApp enquiry does not reserve the items.
